Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email (damainefarm@gmail.com) at least 90 days in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 60 days will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 50% due with contract signing, remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to event. If event is less than 30 days from booking, 100% due at contract date. All events with alcohol service will be required to have event insurance with Da Farm LLC included on the policy.
